Absolutely! Black Sand PR & Entertainment Inc. is a Canadian Federal Corporation registered and located in Montréal, Canada. We've had clients from all over the world including USA, UK, France, Israel, Dubai, Indonesia and Hong Kong. With our revolutionary bi-lingual global-virtual approach, we're just one call away!

Phew - this is awesome, when was your company founded?

Even though our creative collaboration began in 2012, we made it official and started our company in 2016! 

Tell us more about the directors?

Our President and CEO Edward Clayton is a British entrepreneur with a successful background in the music industry. Asides from co-founding our company, career highlights include recording Grammy Award winners Imagine Dragons, going Double-Platinum in Mexico and producing a BBC Radio London Record of the Year.

Meanwhile, our Vice President and fellow co-founder Chloe Snyder is a Canadian marketing guru whose notable accomplishments include breaking Dua Lipa into the North American market and securing high profile interviews with Hollywood talent such as Zac Efron & Emily Ratajkowski.

Both founders share a love for the environment and are fully committed to maintaining our carbon neutral footprint as well as helping clients adopt more eco-friendly and sustainable measures.

What methods of payment do you accept? Is it secure?

For products purchasable directly via this site using the payment gateway only, we accept payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and AMEX. The Shopify payment gateway on this website utilizes industry standard security measures to protect your financial information and is fully PCI Compliant. 

Please note, for larger scale campaigns, we only accept payment via bank wire. All payment information and contact details will be clearly provided on our invoice for your convenience. Please contact us for more information.

At Black Sand PR & Entertainment Inc. as part of our luxury service we are committed to treating the privacy of our clients with the utmost respect and importance. Asides from all our invoices containing confidentiality clauses, we have adopted several other measures to protect our client's information.

What is your returns/refund policy?

We're confident that just like countless other business owners and corporate executives you will love our products and services but please note that due to the nature of our business all products and services, including digital downloads are non-refundable. 

COVID-19

What precautions is your business taking during COVID-19 to ensure the safety of Clients?

Great question! Working virtually is nothing new to us. Since 2016, we have been harnessing the power of innovative technologies allowing us to virtually communicate with clients across the globe at lightning pace - leading to our reputation as the agency where the sun never sets!

In addition to our team working tirelessly to help many companies develop their core processes and adapt their workforce by working remotely, we are still able to provide an excellent creative service by finding safe, innovative ways to continue to create and produce more memorable and better marketing campaigns than ever!

Furthermore, in keeping with local health guidelines, we are able to safely perform our work by doing virtual meetings with all clients, including international clients, via platforms such as FaceTime/Zoom. Both our business solutions and creative marketing work is contactless thanks to digital delivery, as well as most correspondence, ensuring the dramatic reduction of risk to all.
